Conversation Piece #6
In your opinion, what is the single most significant event that has occured in world history during the last hundred years? (Define "significant" however you wish).
I think that it would be the Civil Rights Movement in the 60's. It allowed us to blend and gave us the ability to learn from other cultures.

Melissa Schmidt makes beautiful glass baubles that are so awesome because they are pure and natural in intent. She has varied different designs, but her trees trees trees is by far my favorite.

Naiad is positively one of my favorite soap makers on Etsy. Her soaps look as good and fun as they smell. Her Kumquat Green Mango Shea Butter Soap is so pretty and my mouth waters just imagining it.

Lisa Burch is a wonderful photographer. This photo of Venice makes me envious and puts me into a traveling mood. I so badly wish to travel, and I want to find this exact spot.
Conversation Piece #5
If you could have the voice of any famous person, living or deceased, whose voice would you want to claim as your own?
I am perfectly happy with my voice. Yeah, I am boring today. Someone else's voice sounds good to you, but once it is your voice it will sound completely different.

I Jill is new to Etsy, but this bead really caught my attention. This eye is like a third eye peeking at the world. And being so close to Halloween, it really is eerily perfect. What could I wear it with after?
Conversation Piece #4
Which month of the year do you think would best describe your personality?
Definately April. The winter is starting to fade. You get flowers starting to bloom, but there is still a lot of rain. April showers bring May flowers! I like to be upbeat and think positive, but there is the sad times.

Like Kittysville is my Etsy find for today. This Retro Modern Pet Bed is so wonderful. I can picture my old tabby cat, Cookie Monster, lounging in it peacefully in the afternoon sunlight. And I definately think that the black and white spotted cat in the Red Chair definately helps!
Conversation Piece #3
Thinking back to all the great TV series finales that you've seen over the years, which show do you believe had the best final episode?
This was much harder than I thought, honestly the only finale that I can think of is Friends. I was happy for Ross and Rachel getting back together, but I really hate open endings. But isn't that what finales are for?

A.N. Original Jewlery is the featured artist on Etsy today. Her silver pieces are so creative and awesome. When I saw this necklace, I immediately thought of my wonderful sister-in-law Amy. And was reminded that I need to get to work on my niece Baie's Halloween costume, a bat!
Conversation Piece #2
If, like milk or the newspaper, you could have anything of your choice delivered to your doorstep every morning, what particular item would you want it to be?
Flowers. I think receiving even a single flower every day would be wonderful.

The Black Apple is one of my absolutely favorite sellers on Etsy. Emily draws the most beautiful girls. She just listed these paper dolls on her site the other day, and I seriously want a set for myself for Christmas. Hint, Hint!

If you life were a weather vane, in which direction would it be pointed right now?
North, because it really seems like things are looking up lately. Good things happen at the right time.
